Levelized Billing

Levelized Billing allows members to pay based on a consistent twelve-month average. Every month, the bill reflects the average of the current month's usage combined with the preceding eleven months. Contrary to Budget Billing, the monthly amount might vary, and there's no reconciliation in December.

Requirements


  • Interested in Levelized Billing with Little Ocmulgee EMC? Here are the criteria to qualify:

  • You must hold a Residential or small church account, as determined by Rate and Class.
  • A billing history of a minimum of twelve months is required.
  • No returned checks, late charges, or cut-off notices due to non-payment in the past six months.
  • Your account balance should be zero.
  • Should there be an unpaid bill or a late payment, members will be automatically excluded from Levelized Billing.
