Levelized Billing
With Levelized Billing, members pay a running twelve month average. Each month a bill is calculated based on the average of the current usage and the previous eleven months. Unlike Budget Billing, the bill amount can be different each month, and there is no true-up in December.
Requirements
To be eligible for Levelized Billing, a member must:
Have a Residential or small church account. These are determined by the Rate and Class of the account.Must have a billing history of at least twelve months.Must have no returned checks, cut-off notices for non-payment, or late charges for the previous six months.Must have a zero balance on their account.If a bill is unpaid or if payment is late, the member will be automatically removed from Levelized Billing.
