Budget Billing
Some of our members prefer Budget Billing. Budget Billing allows you to pay a set rate based on your usage history for the prior 12 months. There is a true-up in December of each year: the customer pays more if actual usage is more than budget billing, or receives a bill for $0.00 if actual usage is less than budget billing.
Requirements
To be eligible for Budget Billing, a member must:
Have a Residential or small church account. These are determined by the Rate and Class of the account.
Must have a billing history of at least twelve months.
Must have no returned checks, cut-off notices for non-payment, or late charges for the previous six months.
Must have a zero balance on their account.
If a bill is unpaid or if payment is late, the member will be automatically removed from Budget Billing.
