To be eligible for Budget Billing, a member must:
Have a Residential or small church account. These are determined by the Rate and Class of the account.
Must have a billing history of at least twelve months.
Must have no returned checks, cut-off notices for non-payment, or late charges for the previous six months.
Must have a zero balance on their account.
If a bill is unpaid or if payment is late, the member will be automatically removed from Budget Billing.
